Working intervals are 30 seconds or less. These days focus on a faster pace, light-weights, high-reps, and body-weight type exercises.
Working intervals are 40-75 seconds of work. Medium to heavy weights used for strength training portion.
You will be moving through the workout individually at pre-set stations. These days we test and measure your progress.
You will be moving through the workout with a partner or team. These days we run team challenges.
Workouts are 1 hour in length that begin with a dynamic stretching warm-up and end with a cool down and stretch. With the Total Body format the class will be split up into 2 groups. One group will be on the cardio equipment and one group will be on the floor performing strength and resistance exercises together for a total of 4 rounds. Circuit workouts are set up so you move around the room from station to station either individually or within a group or team. All of these workouts train the entire body in all planes of motion where we stress form, technique, and proper body alignment. We also offer a class which is only 40 minutes long called Express offering the same total body experience.
