Matt Rolph opened and founded Group Interval Training with the intention of helping people make fitness an essential part of their lives. Since the formation of GIT in 2010 - Matt has lead thousands of workouts and worked with professional athletes to improve their athletic performance, as well as the average Joe’s and Josephine’s - who are working to get in shape and stay healthy. Ben was born into a life of sports as the son of a professional wide receiver formerly of the NFL. Ben’s father instilled in his son the importance of having a strong work ethic and practicing the proper fundamentals to compete in any sport. Ben played multiple sports through grammar and high school to sharpen the skills his father believed would help him have a successful career as a professional athlete. Out of high school, Ben was recruited to play college football and is currently pursuing his dream to play the sport professionally.

Understanding fitness and nutrition is what Ben strives for in everyday life. Ben believes that flexibility, core strength, balance, posture and proper movement patterns play a huge role in our everyday life and he takes great pride in educating each client on the importance of these key factors. Learning from some of the best sports-specific trainers during his own personal athletic journey, Ben has discovered his passion for fitness and more importantly; nutrition. With so many poor food choices and misleading information available in our society, Ben has been dedicated to teaching and educating people on how powerful nutritional benefits are to the human body. He believes that if individuals make better and smarter food choices along with proper movement in daily exercise, it will result in developing positive life style changes.

Jill is a sought-after celebrity health coach and has helped many clients to be in the best shape of their life, both mentally and physically. You might have seen her before; Jill has recently been featured on the cover of Fitness magazine, interviewed by Elle magazine and frequently shines in Women's Health magazine.

Jill is also the founder of" Models do eat", a platform where she inspires women to make better food choices and to take great care of themselves. “My mission is to inspire you to make better choices for yourself in all areas of life. I like to start with food because it influences the way we feel and think. A healthy and balanced diet contribute to a clear mind and a positive attitude, so that you can more easily take on ANY challenge.

Nicole is a certified Personal Trainer via National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) as well as holding a diploma with 500 hands on hours through National Personal Training Institute (NPTI).

Nicole specializes in functional training, HIIT training, Fat loss, Strength training, TRX, Kettle Bells, Group classes and more.

Nicole is committed in creating the perfect balance of fitness components with nutrition to obtain all fitness goals. She develops individual and group programs for all clients and classes with both short term and long term goals.

Nicole is passionate in helping people who want to change and/or enhance their lifestyles for the better and is a mentor for women, to help maximize their time in order to get fit and stay healthy.

Nicole is a firm believer that fitness is and can be FUN and can be built into any ones realistic lifestyle.

Ashley Marriott has inspired thousands of people to live healthier and happier lives during her 14 years as a fitness professional. Her classes and trainings reach a broad range of clients that include celebrities, busy moms, weekend warriors, seniors and professionals who all share the desire to get fit, have fun, and lead healthier lives.

She’s the creator of Burn ‘N Firm, a DVD fitness sensation and is a frequent guest on television and radio sharing her get fit strategies.

Ashley has co-authored two award winning books, Dump Your Trainer, and Your Best Body Now and has written dozens of fitness and nutrition articles for publications worldwide. She continues to teach packed classes throughout Los Angeles bringing an infectious enthusiasm to all of her classes and training sessions.

Becky's approach to health and fitness is a holistic one. She believes your workout should not only make you stronger but enhance your alignment, prevent injuries, increase sex drive and generally improve your quality of life.

Becky's insatiable curiosity has lead her to attain several certifications and in her spare time you will, most likely, find her reading, researching and listening to any information related to optimal health.

Some of her certifications include :ACE Personal Trainer, Stott Pilates, Precision Nutrition, Lagree Fitness, Reiki Attuned, Massage Therapist, Precision Running, TRX, Prenatal Yoga and more! She is extra passionate about pregnancy exercise, pelvic floor health, fat based nutrition and mindfulness meditation.

A shaman once told Becky that her life's purpose was to help people realize how amazing it can feel to be in a human body. She took that to heart and coaches all her clients and classes from that possibility.
