Plan to arrive at the studio 15 minutes early for your first class. We will show you the lockers so you can stow away your personal belongings, introduce you to the trainer, and give you an explanation of the day's workout and how to you use the equipment.

WHAT TO BRING

Good walking or running shoes, comfortable workout attire, and a positive attitude! We provide the towels, the water, the awesome music, and motivation to push you along.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Support and guidance every step of the way! If you have injuries, movement concerns, or just want a more challenging experience, please let us know. We can modify the workout to fit your needs. That’s what our trainers are here for. No matter what you kind of shape you are in we guarantee you will be led through a challenging and complete workout.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL

We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Should you reserve a space in class and fail to cancel 12 hours in advance, you will be charged for the class or charged $15 if on the monthly unlimited package. If running late for class, please notify the studio. We are always happy to hold your spot! We do, however, release reservations to the wait list if you are not present at the start of class.
